Omnichannel Patient Communications
This library provides examples of all patient email communications in the AnsibleHealth cardiac rehabilitation program. These templates follow the AnsibleHealth brand guidelines and are designed to support patients throughout their journey.
Each template can be viewed below and serves as a reference for the communications that patients will receive at different stages of their program.

V1-Updated Email Templates
These email templates are based on the original omnichannel v1 templates with improvements from the "Omnichannel Feedback 08012025" document applied. Key improvements include:
- Subject lines optimized for email client display
- Preview text (35-90 characters) for better inbox visibility
- Above-the-fold content restructured per feedback
- Visual icons and scannability improvements
- Mobile-responsive design for all devices
- "Your Care Team" signature with phone number (877) 267-4253
All templates maintain the v1 structure while incorporating the specific feedback requirements for better patient engagement.
1. Welcome - Enrollment Confirmation
The welcome email sent immediately after enrollment, confirming appointments and providing program information.
Subject: "[PatientName], You're Enrolled! First Call on [Day] at [Time]"

Sent when equipment ships with tracking information and kit contents details.
Subject: "Equipment Shipped - Arrives [Day] - Track #[Last 4 digits]"

A reminder for the upcoming Tech Setup & Clinical Welcome Call with preparation instructions.

Sent at 8 AM on the day of the welcome call with final checklist and what to expect.

A follow-up after the initial combined call, introducing trainer and first session details.
Subject: "Meet Your Trainer [CEPName] - First Session [Day] at [Time]"

A regular reminder sent before each weekly rehab session, including agenda and preparation tips.

Sent after session 9 to recognize the first quarter milestone and encourage continued participation.

Sent after session 18 to celebrate reaching the halfway point and reinforce progress made.

Sent after session 27 to celebrate nearing completion and motivate through the final stretch.

These email templates are designed as HTML emails and include responsive design features for optimal viewing on all devices. Each template follows the AnsibleHealth brand guidelines with proper colors (#263f6e and #5da1d8) and typography (Roboto).
All templates can be viewed directly in the browser, but would be implemented through an email service provider for actual deployment.
